Across the entire DACH region, over 1,300 opticians are part of the Premium Partner Program, Ray-Ban’s exclusive optician community. For the community management of the Premium Partners, Ray-Ban has partnered with the agency Wilde Partner – together, we handle the strategic direction, coordination and engagement, as well as the continuous development of the community.

The measures and added value for the opticians are extensive: We support everything from creating the Premium Partner language and brand, including logo and visualization, which are reflected in exclusive window stickers, acrylic displays, and welcome packages for the Premium Partners, to exclusive events featuring coaching, workshops, and celebrations. The Premium Partners also gain access to regional WhatsApp groups for mutual exchange, which we regularly update with exciting news and information. Additionally, there’s a monthly newsletter with various value-added sections and order links to exclusive Premium Partner eyewear models, a biannual product brochure designed and printed by us, and an annual Ray-Ban Christmas gift as part of the community benefits.

Since 2022, we have partnered with Ray-Ban to take community management to the next level through our annual Summer Activation. Each year, participating stores receive tailored support aligned with the campaign, including selected local influencers, advertising grants, store kits for promoting the latest models, promotional gifts, beverage packages, and a 24/7 hotline to ensure optimal support from us.
