Ikos Resorts | Brand partnership with NICKIS
To increase the brand awareness of Ikos Resorts in German-speaking countries and to specifically address the HNWI target group (High-Net-Worth Individuals), we realized a cooperation with NICKIS – a leading premium online retailer for high-quality children’s fashion. NICKIS was deliberately chosen as a cooperation partner because the target groups of both brands are in the high-end luxury segment and therefore complement each other perfectly.
The latest reason to bring the collaboration to life was the expansion of the Ikos Andalusia in Marbella-Estepona with two luxury villas in summer 2024. We invited the renowned German influencer Farina Opoku on a short vacation for an exclusive preview before the official launch. Farina embodies our target group perfectly: authentic, style-conscious and lifestyle and luxury-savvy.
Farina, her daughter Nola, family and friends were in for a top-class stay: the guests resided in one of the newly opened deluxe villas and enjoyed the diverse, high-quality all-inclusive services that Ikos Resorts offers every guest. Our cooperation partner NICKIS placed lovingly put together surprise packages for Farina and Nola in the villa every day to complement the storytelling.
The collaboration was accompanied extensively on social media – both via Farina’s own channel and via the NICKIS account. During her stay, Farina published daily organic Instagram stories to share the trip with her community. In total, she mentioned Ikos Resorts in 18 stories with an average individual reach of 140,388 people. This was followed by two feed posts, each with a reach of around 146,000 people.
The cooperation with Farina proved effective and was extremely well received by the customer, so that it could be expanded further. In May 2025, Farina once again traveled to an Ikos resort – this time to Ikos Porto Petro on Mallorca – where she spent a few more days of relaxation and luxury and was able to introduce the brand even more intensively to her followers.
