To sustainably communicate the return of Small Luxury Hotels (SLH) to the DACH market and build strong personal relationships with leading media, Wilde & Partner organized an exclusive media event in Munich on 15 May 2024. A total of 24 top journalists from renowned media attended, including Condé Nast Traveler, ELLE, Harper’s Bazaar and MADAME, as well as representatives from various TV and online channels.
The event met with an extremely positive response, which was particularly evident in the fact that most guests stayed until the end despite parallel events in Munich. Numerous journalists expressed enthusiasm about SLH’s return to the German market and interest in future collaborations. It was particularly emphasized that many guests only realized during the event that they had recently stayed in an SLH hotel, which underlined the need to further increase brand awareness.
Concrete ideas for press trips and articles have already emerged from personal discussions. Wilde & Partner is actively pursuing these contacts and recommends holding similar events in Munich and other key cities in the DACH region (Hamburg, Vienna, Zurich) every six months in future in order to continuously strengthen the established relationships.
