La Zambra, the exclusive resort on the coast of Málaga, has entered into a strategic partnership with the Ad Alliance to sustainably position it as a premium location in the DACH region. As part of an exclusive barter deal, La Zambra hosted the renowned Ad Alliance Getaway Event from November 8 to 10, 2024, a networking event attended by over 50 leading personalities and opinion leaders from the fashion, automotive, beauty, lifestyle and accessories industries as well as editors-in-chief of leading German media (including Stern, Capital, Brigitte and GALA).
The event included a varied program, including workshops in the resort’s MICE rooms, spa treatments in the Mood Spa, olive oil tastings, private cooking classes with the chef and styling sessions in the Penthouse Suite. Guests were also able to enjoy La Zambra’s excellent gastronomy, including the Picador, Palmito and Bamboleo restaurants.
The event generated extensive media coverage, which took place immediately after the event in print, online and social media. In total, 152 posts were generated with a total reach of over 15 million. As part of the barter deal, La Zambra received additional advertising opportunities that significantly exceeded the value of the investment.
The response to the event was extremely positive and, in addition to high media visibility, led to further collaborations and increased interest from relevant journalistic and business stakeholders. The successful implementation of the Ad Alliance Getaway enabled La Zambra to convincingly establish itself as an exclusive premium destination in the German-speaking market.
