Fincallorca has been the market leader for fincas and vacation homes on Mallorca since 2006. With around 1,400 carefully selected and officially licensed properties, the company offers individual vacationers exclusive accommodation. Fincallorca is characterized in particular by its close contact with the property owners and its personal advisory service. Every year, around 50,000 guests book their vacation via the platform – and the trend is rising. By specializing in just one destination, Fincallorca has established itself as an expert for individual holidays on Mallorca, setting new standards in the tourism industry. With the help of a targeted PR strategy, we emphasize the uniqueness of the fincas and are continuously expanding our media presence.

The strategic and creative press work has led to impressive results so far. By placing Fincallorca in leading online media throughout the DACH region, we have been able to achieve a significant increase in reach. Examples from 2024 include t-online.de, travelbook.de and 20min.ch.
We achieved further milestones in close cooperation with editorial networks. For example, Ippen Medien facilitated 41 clippings with a total reach of 84,612,000 visits. Via Reisereporter (RND network), we achieved publications in 14 media with a total reach of 23,860,000 visits.
