Access Data / Server Log Files
The provider (or their web hosting provider) collects data on each access to the service (commonly referred to as server log files). Access data includes the name of the accessed webpage, the file, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, a notification of successful retrieval, the browser type and version, the user’s operating system, the referrer URL (the previously visited page), the IP address, and the requesting provider.
The provider uses the log data only for statistical analysis for the purpose of operating, securing, and optimizing the service. However, the provider reserves the right to review the log data retrospectively if there are concrete indications of a legitimate suspicion of unlawful use.
Management of Personal Data
Personal data refers to information that can be used to identify an individual, meaning details that can be traced back to a person. This includes names, email addresses, or phone numbers. Additionally, data such as preferences, hobbies, memberships, or the websites someone has visited are also considered personal data.
Personal data is collected, used, and shared by the provider only if it is permitted by law or if users consent to the data collection.
Contact
Integration of Third-Party Services and Content
It is possible that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds, or graphics from other websites, may be integrated within this online offering. This always requires that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") perceive the IP address of the users. Without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the user's browser. Therefore, the IP address is necessary for displaying this content.
We strive to use only content whose respective providers use the IP address solely for delivering the content. However, we have no control over whether third-party providers store the IP address for purposes such as statistics. If we become aware of this, we will inform users accordingly.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that allow specific, device-related information to be stored on the user’s access device (PC, smartphone, etc.). They serve to enhance the user-friendliness of websites for the users (e.g., storing login data). Additionally, they are used to collect statistical data on website usage and to analyze it for the purpose of improving the service.
Users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers offer an option to limit or completely prevent the storage of cookies. However, it should be noted that the use of the website, and particularly the user experience, may be limited without cookies.
You can manage many online advertising cookies from companies via the U.S. site http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU site http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/.
Google Analytics
This service uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files stored on users' computers that allow an analysis of their use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about the users' use of this website is typically transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
If IP anonymization is activated on this website, Google will first shorten the user's IP address within member states of the European Union or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting their browser software settings; however, this service informs users that in this case, they may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. Additionally, users can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to their use of the website (including their IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Usage of Facebook Social Plugins
This service uses social plugins ("plugins") from the social network facebook.com, operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). The plugins are recognizable by one of the Facebook logos (a white "f" on a blue tile, the terms "Like", "Gefällt mir", or a "thumbs up" symbol) or are marked with the label "Facebook Social Plugin." The list and appearance of Facebook social plugins can be viewed here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When a user accesses a page of this service that contains such a plugin, their browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook's servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to the user's browser and integrated into the website. The provider has no control over the extent of the data that Facebook collects through this plugin and therefore informs users according to the best of their knowledge:
By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that a user has accessed the corresponding page of the service. If the user is logged into Facebook, Facebook can associate the visit with their Facebook account. When users interact with the plugins, such as pressing the Like button or leaving a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted from their browser directly to Facebook and stored there. Even if a user is not a Facebook member, there is still the possibility that Facebook may obtain and store their IP address. According to Facebook, only anonymized IP addresses are stored in Germany.
Users can refer to Facebook's privacy policy to learn about the purpose and scope of data collection, as well as the further processing and use of data by Facebook, along with their rights and settings options for protecting their privacy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to collect data about them via this service and link it to their member data stored by Facebook, they must log out of Facebook before visiting this website. Additional settings and objections regarding the use of data for advertising purposes can be made within the Facebook profile settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads.
Our pages include features of the Instagram service, which are provided by Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA. If you are logged into your Instagram account, you can link the content of our pages to your Instagram profile by clicking the Instagram button. This allows Instagram to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of these pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or how Instagram uses it.
Weitere Informationen hierzu finden Sie in der Datenschutzerklärung von Instagram: https://instagram.com/about/legal/privacy/.
