You implement personnel strategies in coordination with the management
You support the HR management in personnel planning and design internal and external personnel processes
You set up onboarding and offboarding processes processes at
You support our employees along the employee lifecycle and take care of the associated administrative tasks
You contribute creatively to the organization of training events and team events
Together with Employer Branding, you develop new further education and training formats for employees
You coordinate appointments for employee appraisals
You provide support in recruitment, by coordinating appointments for job interviews
Das erwarten wir von Dir
You have a degree with a focus on Human Resources or comparable training.
You have initial practical experience in HR and are not put off by the varied, dynamic agency life.
You are characterized by initiative, a high degree of empathy and a structured and team-oriented way of working.
You are an open and communicative person and have the ability to inspire suitable candidates for Wilde & Partner and build a trusting relationship with our employees.
You are interested in the range of HR topics and you drive them forward on your own initiative in line with business strategy.
Developing and implementing processes creatively and strategically is one of your strengths.
You enjoy preparing your topics and information in a targeted manner and communicating them transparently.
