With around 1,400 carefully selected and officially licensed properties, the company offers individual vacationers exclusive accommodation. Fincallorca is characterized in particular by its close contact with the property owners and its personal advisory service. Every year, around 50,000 guests book their vacation via the platform &#8211; and the trend is rising. By specializing in just one destination, Fincallorca has established itself as an expert for individual holidays on Mallorca, setting new standards in the tourism industry. With the help of a targeted PR strategy, we emphasize the uniqueness of the fincas and are continuously expanding our media presence.     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Challenge and goals<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aim of our work is to strengthen the perception of Fincallorca as the leading provider of fincas in Mallorca and to establish the brand as an expert for Mallorca vacations in high-reach online media. The focus is on positioning Mallorca as a versatile destination and as a destination for individual travelers. It is also important to use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fincallorca.de\/urlaub\/fincas-mit-pool\">SEO-optimized content<\/a> to make Fincallorca more visible in search engines and further expand its reach.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Measures<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to achieve Fincallorca&#8217;s goals, we have developed a holistic PR concept that combines various instruments and channels:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sharpening brand perception<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Creative press releases that highlight Mallorca as a travel destination and the special finca experience.<br\/>Combination of destination expertise with emotional storytelling around the theme of &#8220;finca feeling&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Targeted cooperation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exclusive collaboration with relevant media and influencers to highlight the benefits of Mallorca for individual travelers. <br\/>Use of synergies with other <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wilde.de\/en\/clients\/\">clients in the Wilde &amp; Partner portfolio<\/a> to realize combined media approaches.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Creating live experiences<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organization of press trips and influencer events that offer authentic and unique insights into the finca world.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Results: Successful media presence and reach<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The strategic and creative press work has led to impressive results so far. By placing Fincallorca in leading online media throughout the DACH region, we have been able to achieve a significant increase in reach. Examples from 2024 include <a href=\"https:\/\/www.t-online.de\/leben\/reisen\/europa\/spanien\/id_100353790\/urlaub-mallorca-ist-top-reiseziel-2024-fluege-wieder-preiswerter.html\">t-online.de<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.travelbook.de\/reiseziele\/wandern-auf-mallorca-die-schoensten-wanderwege-der-insel\">travelbook.de<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20min.ch\/story\/massentourismus-dieses-verhalten-wuenschen-sich-einheimische-von-mallorca-touristen-103167989\">20min.ch<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We achieved further milestones in close cooperation with editorial networks. For example, Ippen Medien facilitated 41 clippings with a total reach of 84,612,000 visits. Via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reisereporter.de\/\">Reisereporter<\/a> (RND network), we achieved publications in 14 media with a total reach of 23,860,000 visits.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The strengthened brand image led to Fincallorca being perceived as an expert for individual holidays on Mallorca throughout the DACH region. This improved reputation boosted the trust of the target group and demonstrably led to an increase in inquiries and bookings via the website. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to targeted keyword optimization, Fincallorca has also been able to attract more organic visitors and significantly improve its ranking for relevant search terms. These results have not only strengthened the perception of Fincallorca as a leading provider, but also continue to help promote the image of Mallorca as a versatile and sustainable travel destination. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the consistent combination of creativity, strategic media outreach and SEO, we were able to successfully establish Fincallorca as a leading Mallorca expert.
