Reach the end consumer” is the motto of the Consumer Communications unit. This unit determines brand values to provide guidance and create trust — both offline and online. Our strategic consumer activities are based on our clients’ expectations, needs and wishes. We develop multi-channel strategies to enable potential customers to reach the client’s company through any channel. This unit pursues targeted content placement through new media and an extensive network of existing print media, radio and TV while utilizing various aspects of creative and emotional storytelling. The aim is to manage and shape our clients’ long-term communication and perform targeted project orders.
